Zoe's Class Christmas Party

On the last day of school before Christmas break, each class gets to have a class Christmas party.  I love it because it is always a breakfast, the kids exchange books and then they get to spend the rest of the day making crafts and watching The Polar Express.  Plus, what makes it even better for me this year is Zoe's teacher because I absolutely love her.  God sure knew what he was doing when he put Zoe in class with Mrs. Hicks!

The Rockettes

Yep.  It's our annual tradition.  I always take Zoe to see The Rockettes and we always have so much fun.  This year definitely didn't disappoint.  We went with Shannon, London and Dane and had a wonderful time.  I don't know how many of you have actually ever seen the show, but it is something you should definitely see one time.  It amazes me every year, but I will continue to take Zoe until she doesn't want to go anymore.  Hopefully, that day won't ever come!

Christmas with The Crippens

We usually celebrate Christmas with my parents the weekend before Christmas; however, we actually did it a week earlier this year, which worked out great.  Of course, my parents went above and beyond and Nana's Christmas dinner was amazing (as usual).  I especially loved that my stepsister and her family were able to join us!  Want to know who got the best gifts?  Me!  I got a great stock pot for making soups, etc., and a Dutch oven!  I know, I know, I should be so excited over kitchen gadgets, but I can't help myself!  I love them!

Zoe's School Christmas Program - Flakes

Zoe had a Christmas program at school called "Flakes" this year.  Ms. Boyd, the music teacher at SCE, does such a fabulous job with the kids and I can't enough on the program she put together!  It was so cute!  Check it out:

Shelley's 40th Birthday

I simply can't believe that my bestie has turned 40.  She doesn't act like a 40 year old and she certainly doesn't look like a 40 year old!  Shelley decided that she wanted to have an adult night out in downtown Nashville and that's just what we did!  We started out at The Southern, which is a fabulous restaurant, and then we spent the majority of the night singing karaoke at Wanna B's.  It was hysterical - to say the least.  Check out the photos from our fun and fabulous night!  And if you think I'm not showing Michelle the love with pics, trust me when I say that she might shoot me if I post them on this blog.  I have MANY of her and Shelley singing karaoke and let's just say that Michelle became more expressive with her singing throughout the night.  So, I will just have to enjoy those on my own;)
