Attached is a collection of softball photos. I did collages because I had so many and couldn't bring myself to choose and didn't want to overload everyone on pics. I will say that we couldn't be prouder of our Zoe girl and her Cubs team. It has been one heck of a year!
Well, after much discussion, Mark and I decided to switch Zoe to a different coach. There was absolutely no way we could allow her to play for the same coach and I must say that it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Zoe now plays for the Cubs and is progressing by leaps and bounds. I simply can't get over what a difference a great and organized coach can make in a child's life. Zoe absolutely adores Coach Ryan and I can't say that I blame. He's doing an amazing job! And during her game out Zoe ROCKED it and got the game ball! We're so, so proud of her!
We had never taken Zoe to Gatlinburg (a shame I know) and we just wanted to do something low key since we're going to Disney again in October. We decided to go stay at Wilderness at the Smokies, which is an indoor water park. We thought we couldn't go wrong and that Zoe would love it. Well, Zoe loved it and all I can say is it was interesting people watching, we've been there, done it and won't ever do it again! Since my parents read this Blog I won't go into details, but let's just say that alcohol beside the pool with large people in skimpy swim attire doesn't go together too well. Now, I didn't stick my foot in my mouth too much, did I?
On a high note, we did LOVE the aquarium and had a blast shopping. Plus, Zoe did get to steer a go kart for the first time and it was HYSTERICAL!
